We are looking for driven professionals who excel at building and managing client relationships, expanding account potential, and leading recruitment operations. This role involves regular client interaction, a strong understanding of talent needs, and close collaboration with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Own and manage key client accounts by fostering strong partnerships, ensuring continuous engagement and trust over time.

• Understand client objectives, company culture, and hiring plans to offer effective, tailored staffing solutions.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings (at least once a week) and virtual follow-ups to align on hiring progress, gather feedback, and strengthen engagement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to define job roles and implement appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Partner with internal recruiters to identify, screen, and present qualified candidates in line with client expectations.
• Share market insights and feedback to improve internal delivery processes and enhance service value.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by increasing contract headcount and deepening stakeholder engagement.
• Coach and mentor recruiters to ensure consistent performance and achievement of monthly goals.
• Effectively manage multiple client accounts with strong organizational and time management skills.
