The role involves lead generation, relationship management with contractors and corporate clients, and ensuring smooth order conversion for materials like gypsum boards, MDF, channels, laminates, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and onboard interior contractors, project companies, and SMEs as clientsAchieve monthly / quarterly sales targets for B2B procurementGenerate, track, and close inbound and outbound leadsClient Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, architects, and project managersUnderstand client requirements and provide solutions from Officebanao’s product portfolioVisit client sites and offices for meetings and presentationsQuotation & Order Management
Understand the requirements and coordinate the commercial proposalsNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelinesEnsure client issues are resolved by coordinating with supply chain and warehouse team, finance team or category teamMarket Intelligence
Track competitor pricing, market demand, and upcoming commercial interior projectsCollect feedback and suggest product improvements or sourcing changesKey Skills Required
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skillsKnowledge of building materials or office interiors industryExcellent communication and presentation skillsTech-savvy (CRM, Excel, email automation, WhatsApp Business)Self-driven and customer-obsessed mindsetQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Civil / Interior backgroundMBA preferred but not mandatoryPrior experience in B2B sales for hardware, modular furniture, or interior materials is a plus.Compensation & Incentives
Fixed CTC : INR 20L+ (based on experience)Variable / Incentive : Based on monthly sales performanceTravel reimbursements and mobile allowance included
