Social Impact Project Manager

LinkedIns Social Impact team is focused on creating economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce by partnering with nonprofits around the world and inspiring our employees to drive impact. We are looking for a Social Impact Manager to support nonprofit partnerships and events focused on India while supporting other APAC programs. In this unique role this person will have the opportunity to work with a portfolio of workforce development organizations exploring innovative collaborations to provide economic opportunity to those that need it most.  Additionally this person will have the opportunity to inspire colleagues in India and the region to connect with their communities causes and each other to strengthen our culture and the impact we can have together. This position reports to the Head of Social Impact APAC.

Responsibilities

Event Planning & Volunteer Engagement

• Collaborate with the global employee community team to plan and execute employee giving and volunteer events across LinkedIn
• Collaborate with volunteer leads Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and nonprofit partners to deliver impactful initiatives focused on supporting professionals overcome barriers.
• Partner with the global employee community team to contribute to Social Impact meetings in India and across APAC and support volunteer leads in scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
• Maintain and update a repository of success stories from APAC
