• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Social Media for D2C brands
• Bonus if you’ve worked with B2B clients too
• You’re a strategist, a storyteller, and a creative hustler rolled into one
• You’ve built your own social presence (IG / / YouTube) and know what it takes to grow organically
• Deep understanding of content formats, engagement tactics, and platform-specific best practices
• Comfortable managing client accounts, social calendars, and campaign execution
• A knack for finding growth hacks, trends, and viral moments
• Great with copywriting and idea generation under tight deadlines
• Experience in building & leading a small team is a plus
• Own the end-to-end social media strategy for our D2C and B2B clients, from ideation to execution, aligned with brand goals
• Lead and mentor a small but growing social media team, including designers, editors, and writers, ensuring high-quality and timely output
• Be the face of social for your clients, manage relationships, present strategies, and build trust through performance and communication
• Drive innovation and experimentation across platforms, find what works, drop what doesn’t, and scale what wins
• Craft and oversee content calendars and campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and conversions
• Stay ahead of trends, platform changes, and audience insights, translating them into actionable ideas and content themes
• Contribute to internal brand-building for Dare Network, shape how we show up on socials as a company
• Set benchmarks, track metrics, and refine processes that help the social media function scale profitably and creatively
