Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager with 812 years of experience to lead our digital acquisition strategy across paid channels. You will :
- Drive growth and scale campaigns
- Manage large digital budgets with a strong focus on ROI
- Play a strategic role requiring deep expertise in performance marketing platforms, data analytics, team leadership, and cross-functional & Background
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in performance / digital marketing
- Prior experience in a VC-funded startup or high-growth environment based in Bengaluru or similar markets
Proven success managing and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple channels such as :
