Emversity is seeking a results-driven and data-focused Senior Manager Performance Marketing to lead and optimize large-scale PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating 10,000+ leads per month while managing a 50L+ monthly ad budget, ensuring strict adherence to a 15-18% overall CAC. The role requires hands-on expertise in performance marketing with a focus on measurable outcomes and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- PPC Campaign Setup & Execution :
- Manage and execute high-budget search, display, video, and retargeting campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Pixels, and UTM parameters.
- Lead Generation & CAC Adherence :
- Drive 10,000+ high-quality leads per month while maintaining a cost per acquisition (CAC) of 15-18%.
- Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance lead quality and cost efficiency.
- Conduct A / B testing on ad copies, visuals, and CTAs to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Budget & Bid Management :
- Oversee and allocate a 50L+ monthly ad budget across channels for optimal ad spend (ROAS).
- Adjust bidding strategies to improve cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Dynamically reallocate budgets to top-performing campaigns for scaling results.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization :
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Identify underperforming areas and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance ROI.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for continuous campaign refinement.
- Execution & Coordination :
- Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of ad creatives and landing pages.
- Ensure compliance with platform ad policies to avoid account restrictions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, automation tools, and algorithm changes for continuous optimization.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors / Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.Proven track record in managing 50L+ monthly ad budgets and generating 10,000+ leads per month.Strong expertise in CAC optimization, lead generation, and PPC execution.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel for performance analysis.Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).Data-driven, execution-focused mindset with keen attention to detail and performance measurement.
