We're looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie - Patisserie to join our kitchen brigade and help us raise the bar.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the patisserie sectionPrepare and plate a wide range of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goodsEnsure consistency in presentation, flavour, and portioningAssist in the creation of new seasonal menus and development of signature dessertsSupervise and guide junior team members and internsMaintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen discipline as per HACCP standardsManage inventory and ordering of pastry-specific ingredientsEnsure mise en place is complete before serviceRequirements
Formal culinary education or pastry diploma (preferred but not mandatory if highly skilled)Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end café, patisserie, or fine dining restaurantStrong foundation in French pastry techniques : mousses, tarts, entremets, laminated doughs, meringues, glazes, etc.Knowledge of baking, fermentation, and dessert platingAttention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressureTeam player with leadership skills and a positive attitudePassion for innovation and continuous learningWhat We Offer
