POSITION : CDP - MULTICUSINE LOCATION : LONAVALA EXPERIENCE - 3-5yrs Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes across various cuisines : Indian, Chinese, Continental, South Indian, Mexican, etc. Plan and design innovative menus that consider seasonal ingredients and market trends. Conduct accurate food costing and assist in maintaining food cost controls Supervise, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness at all times. Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and place orders for kitchen supplies. Collaborate with management and other chefs to improve kitchen efficiency and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper storage and preservation of food items Regularly check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly
