What You'll Do : Lead
end-to-end production operations
of ice creams and desserts Spearhead
daily production planning, compliance & team management Develop and innovate
seasonal and signature recipes Oversee
costing, scheduling, and procurement
for product lines Train, mentor, and scale a
high-performing production team Ensure
top-notch quality and consistency
at a commercial scale
What We’re Looking For : 10+ years of hands-on experience in
bakery / pastry production Proven track record in
factory / mass production setups Strong leadership, communication & planning skills Multilingual fluency :
English, Hindi, Marathi
preferred Prior
training / teaching experience
is a plus
