Role Description : Sales Manager – Founder’s Lab (Full-Time, On-Site)

Location : Mumbai

We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and startup-savvy Sales Manager to lead the growth of Founder’s Lab — the content and branding arm of Ideabaaz. In this role, you’ll be responsible for :

• Building and managing a pipeline of early-stage startups and D2C brands
• Creating and executing sales strategies for content packages and retainers
• Managing and growing relationships with founders, marketing heads, and VC portfolio leads
• Identifying partnerships with incubators, accelerators, and startup communities
• Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Collaborating with the production and strategy teams for smooth project handovers
• Representing Founder’s Lab at ecosystem events, demo days, and brand showcases
