Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Operations Manager - Commission Based. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, analyzing sales data, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient communication channels. The role will also involve developing and implementing operational strategies, managing customer service activities, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in a sales or startup environment is a plus
