Purpose : The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance and productivity. This role supports field force strategy, territory alignment, incentive planning, performance analytics, CRM optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial outcomes in a competitive and highly specialized healthcare segment.
Sales Force Design and implement sales force strategies to optimize performance across fertility products and services.
- Lead territory alignment and call planning based on market potential, HCP segmentation, and geographic dynamics.
- Collaborate with HR and Sales Leadership on field force sizing and deployment strategies.
Performance Management
Define KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor individual and team-level sales performance.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Sales and Marketing teams based on real-time data.Support sales leadership in performance coaching by developing consistent evaluation tools and feedback systems.Incentive Design & Execution
Design, model, and implement incentive compensation plans aligned with business goals and ethical compliance.Monitor and evaluate incentive effectiveness and ensure transparency and fairness in payout processes.Data Analytics
Ensure quality and completeness of sales data; collaborate with IT / Data teams to streamline reporting processes.Develop segmentation and targeting strategies using physician prescribing, IVF clinic performance, and referral data.Cross-functional Collaboration
