Job Overview :
As a Key Account Manager - Sales and Business Development , you will be responsible for managing key corporate clients while also exploring and securing new business opportunities in the Mumbai region. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, establish strong client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of Ferns N Petals' market presence.
- Corporate Sales & Revenue Generation :
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through direct corporate sales.
- Close high-value deals with mid-to-large corporate clients across the Western region.
- New Client Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop customized gifting and engagement solutions that align with client needs and FNP’s offerings.
- Key Account Management
- Manage relationships with existing corporate clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, new requirements, and account expansion.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close deals independently.
- Market Mapping & Industry Intelligence
- Continuously research market trends, competitor activities, and industry movements to identify new business opportunities.
- Map key industry verticals (IT, BFSI, Pharma, Real Estate, etc.) for strategic targeting.
- Sales Funnel & CRM Management
- Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce or internal tool).
- Ensure timely logging of all client interactions, meetings, opportunities, and status updates.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, logistics, and marketing) to ensure seamless execution of orders and campaigns.
- Relay client feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5-10 years of corporate sales experienceStrong understanding of B2B sales and KAMExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
