Role and Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sales & Promotion : Lead the promotion and sale of life insurance policies to prospective clients through direct channels, focusing on achieving ambitious sales targets consistently.
- Complex Client Needs : Expertly understand and analyze complex client needs, recommending sophisticated and tailored insurance product solutions.
- Advanced Relationship Management : Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and high retention rates.
- Proactive Customer Service : Proactively address complex client inquiries and resolve intricate issues, ensuring a seamless and superior customer experience.
- Mentorship & Guidance : Provide informal guidance and support to junior Relationship Managers, sharing best practices and contributing to their professional development.

Candidate Qualifications :
