Job Title : Relationship Manager
Primary Responsibilities :
- Source, structure, and service clients for their financial needs, particularly for MSMEs, offering both secure and unsecured products.
- Address client queries and ensure prompt resolution within the required turnaround time (TAT).
- Coordinate with support functions (Credit / Ops) to facilitate loan disbursement.
- Gather market feedback and insights on competitor products.
