Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our Relationship Building & Management :

  • Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Proactively engage in regular dialogue with clients to gain a deep and comprehensive understanding of their core business objectives, strategic priorities, operational challenges, and key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Act as an advocate for client needs within the organization, ensuring their concerns and requests are addressed effectively and efficiently.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the client and internal teams, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen the partnership.

Data Analysis & Strategic Recommendations :

  • Analyze client data (performance metrics, usage patterns, feedback) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Leverage analytical insights to develop strategic recommendations and solutions tailored to address specific client business objectives and challenges.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for clients.
  • Present data-driven strategic recommendations to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, demonstrating the value and potential impact of proposed solutions.
  • Value Proposition & Sales Support :

  • Articulate and present the value proposition of our products and services effectively to both prospective sales leads and current customers, highlighting the benefits and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide product expertise and support during the sales process.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts based on their evolving needs and strategic goals.
  • Business Development & Sales :

  • Proactively prospect for new sales leads within existing client networks and relevant industries.
  • Qualify leads and effectively present our value proposition to potential new clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress within CRM systems.
  • Project & Account Management :

  • Effectively manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal resources to support client initiatives and ensure project alignment with client objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential roadblocks or challenges.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project Experience : 4-6 years of proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Project & Client Management : Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and client accounts concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, present compelling arguments, and build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, establish rapport, and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Analytical Skills : Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify client challenges and develop creative and effective solutions.
  • Presentation Skills : Comfortable and confident in presenting information and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen : A strong understanding of business principles and the ability to align our offerings with client business objectives.
  • Results-Oriented : A proactive and results-driven individual with a strong focus on client success and achieving business goals.
  • Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
