About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with deep hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) and Interaction Studio. This role involves crafting end-to-end personalized customer experiences across digital channels while ensuring data consistency, performance, and alignment with enterprise architectural goals.
The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing automation experience, enterprise data integration knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to drive customer engagement initiatives at scale.
Key Responsibilities : Marketing Cloud Execution :
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions focusing on :
- Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
- Interaction Studio (now Salesforce Personalization)
- Configure and optimize audience segmentation, personalization logic, journeys, and triggers
across email, mobile, and web channels.
Create scalable campaigns that deliver personalized customer experiences in Architecture & Design :Design scalable, secure, and maintainable SFMC solutions in alignment with enterprise - architecture standards.Document solution architectures, data models, integration patterns, and campaign execution workflows.Present and defend technical approaches to stakeholders including product managers, marketing leads, and architecture review Integration & Data Flow :Ensure seamless integration and data synchronization between SFMC and various backend systems including :
Snowflake (data warehouse)Salesforce Data Cloud / CDPJava-based homegrown CRMAdobe AnalyticsDesign and implement APIs or middleware logic (as needed) for robust data flows andcampaign Assurance & Governance :
Conduct code reviews and audits to enforce best practices in development and deployment.Implement monitoring, reporting, and logging for campaign success and data integrity.Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and cross-functional Skills & Experience :6 to 9 years of professional experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and architecture.Deep hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) and Interaction Studio.Experience designing and deploying multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, mobile).Strong understanding of data management, customer segmentation, personalization strategies, and real-time engagement tactics.Proven experience working with third-party data platforms such as :
SnowflakeSalesforce Data Cloud (CDP)Adobe AnalyticsAbility to create and manage campaign performance dashboards and analytics to Have Skills :Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Salesforce Data Cloud :
Understanding of customer unification, segmentation, consent management, and real-time data actions.Experience in Mobile Studio, Web Studio, and Journey Builder.Knowledge of Java-based integrations, especially when interfacing with custom CRM systems.Awareness of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance best practices in marketing Skills & Attributes :Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data or integration issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across marketing, development, and product teams.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer experience and personalization technologies.Able to operate independently and take ownership of solution Qualification :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or a related discipline.Salesforce certifications such as :
