Inside Sales / Marketing Specialist
About the job :
We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in telecalling, preferably with experience in SAP Or Oracle Cloud solutions.
Additionally, the role involves managing digital marketing activities such as email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and handling incoming leads to support our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Manage inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries through various digital channels promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and campaign performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications :
