We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Specialist / Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for leveraging marketing automation to drive our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of end-to-end marketing processes, demonstrate expertise in Pardot implementations and integrations, and be passionate about optimizing the lead lifecycle through CRM technologies and data. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust marketing automation strategies that align with our sales and marketing goals, ensuring seamless data flow and insightful reporting.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) implementations, migrations, and enhancements, drawing upon a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience.
- Architect and optimize comprehensive marketing processes, encompassing campaign creation (email, web, social), lead generation, sophisticated lead scoring models, qualification workflows, distribution mechanisms, and conversion strategies.
- Implement and manage closed-loop reporting capabilities by effectively integrating CRM technologies and marketing data to provide actionable insights.
- Leverage expertise in available MCAE / Pardot APIs to design, develop, and deploy robust integration solutions with other critical business systems as required.
- Manage and troubleshoot Salesforce-Pardot sync processes, including an in-depth understanding of common limitations and best practices for data integrity and flow.
- Maintain deep knowledge and understanding of the marketing data architecture and flow between Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver solutions that meet business needs and strategic objectives.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) users and stakeholders.
- Stay current with new Pardot features, releases, and best practices to continually enhance our marketing automation capabilities.
Required Skills :
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) implementations.Active and current Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist and Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant certifications are mandatory.Proven experience in building and optimizing B2B Marketing Analytics dashboards to provide insightful campaign and pipeline performance metrics.Demonstrable experience in configuring and leveraging Salesforce Engage to empower sales teams with marketing content and insights.Strong understanding of various available connectors to Pardot for seamless data synchronization and exchange between systems (e.g., Salesforce, webinars, events, social media platforms).Basic proficiency in HTML / CSS for email template customization, landing page design, and overall content presentation within Pardot is preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.ref : hirist.tech)
