Role of TSEs is to drive penetration of Standard Solution Product Range through collaboration of
Influencers with an ecosystem of SWP, CWP and TWPs linked to identified Key Dealers Set.
Consumer Segment : Premium IHB – NC, Premium IHB - Repair
Stakeholders to address the Consumer Segment : Influencer, SWP / CWP, TWP
Primary Responsibility :
A . Drive adoption of Standard Solution Products via specification route by building relationship
with Influencer.
B.Build a user ecosystem of SWP / CWP which helps in servicing leads generated from various
sources.
1) Waterproofer Data Collection :
a. Listing and Profiling Waterproofing Contractors (in mPower).
b. Collating the list of Competition Waterproofers and profiling them.
2) Waterproofer Development :
a. Listing of Waterproofers (traditional / competition / exclusive) and ensuring that
they go through the Training programs designed for them and their supervisors on
Product Applications, systems, and processes.
b. Ensuring sufficiency of Waterproofers of each type, linked to Key Dealers, to service
the leads generated and to get access to the targeted consumer segment.
c. dentification and training of SWP / CWP / TWP as per sufficiency norms in each
geography / town to build sustainable service infrastructure.
d. Relationship management with Waterproofers
3) Influencer Working :
a. Listing, Profiling and Adopting Influencers (Architects or Repair Consultants) to
source leads from them and getting Advanced range of products specified in their
BOQs.
4) Competition Fighting / Share Gain initiatives :
a. Sensing and reporting the Competition activities
b. Feedback on Competition products from users and reporting the same.
5) Feedback / insights :
a. Feedback from the User Connects (Meets) on Module, Demo, AV.
B . Feedback from One-to-One user connects on Product, Application, Packaging etc.
6) Loyalty Program Management :
a. Enrolment of Waterproofers in Loyalty program and activating them to drive depth
with each Waterproofer.
b. Relationship management with Loyal / high potential users, with periodic one-to one connects.
7) Customer Servicing :
a. Attending to Leads (up to 2 Lakhs) from DFAC / Field leads, inspecting and providing
Solutions as recommended by Technical Help Desk and service sites via SWP / CWP.
