Job description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are enthusiastic about building a career in sales and marketing, client acquisition, and market research.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking).
  • Pitch products / services to potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos with clients.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Maintain and update CRM / database with client information and progress reports.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and strategy planning.

Skills Required :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, email writing, and presentation tools.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in business development / sales can apply.
  • Salary : 15,000 25,000 per month + Incentives (varies by location / company)
