Job Description
- Candidate will be responsible for Business development for different IT hardware
- Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end customer engagement.
- Candidate will be responsible for payment Follow-ups, Account Management and Service Call handling.
- Candidate will be responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
- Candidate will be responsible to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Candidate will be responsible in cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
- Candidate will be responsible to regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications.
- Candidate will be responsible in maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential inventories with the clients
- Candidate will be responsible for responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Skills required :
Graduate with 3+ Yrs of experience in B2B Business Development, preferably into ERP / SAAS / IT Solution SalesThe candidate should have excellent communication skills.Candidate should have good presentation skills.Candidate should be open to travel.
