  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills that ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent Command of English :
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally, both in emails and during meetings.
  • Travel Flexibility :
  • Must be willing to travel with the executive and / or their partner whenever required.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing travel schedules and locations.
  • Additional Qualifications :
  • Experience : Prior experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, with a track record of supporting senior executives.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, calendar management tools) and a quick learner of new technologies.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong relationship-building abilities, a collaborative mindset, and the capacity to work independently.
  • Problem-Solving : Proactive approach in anticipating needs and addressing challenges efficiently.
  • Ability to be resilient.
