DTP Coordinator

About the role : A2D Tech is hiring a self-driven DTP Coordinator (for US CST timezone) to ensure that a client account runs smoothly and grows every quarter. He / she would be responsible for client and team communication, Quote / Estimation, Project Tracking, Reporting, and leading the team of Desktop Publishing Specialists. You will work directly under the Co-Founders.

What you will be doing :

• Communicate : Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment.
• Communication : Provide clear communication regarding design adjustments, limitations, and timelines with internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate resources : Coordinate resources and activities to meet project deliverables.
• Create and manage schedules : Create and maintain project schedules, manage deadlines.
• Delegate tasks : Delegate tasks to appropriate team members
• Identify risks : Identify and address potential project risks and issues.
• Monitor progress : Track project progress and report it to the stakeholders.
• Project Quotation and Bid : Ensuring to provide quotations and bids for projects received from clients
• Quality Assurance : Conduct detailed QA checks to ensure the final output is free of errors, adheres to client guidelines, and meets industry standards.
• Software Utilization : Use DTP tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, FrameMaker, QuarkXPress, or other desktop publishing software to produce high-quality localized documents.
• Technical Proficiency : Understanding of files for translation by extracting and formatting content in required formats, including InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and others.
• Version Control : Maintain organized records of multiple versions of the same document to ensure accuracy in project delivery.

What you will need :

3+ years of experience in desktop publishing, preferably in an LSP or localization environment. Strong proficiency in InDesign is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work across Multiple time zones. A degree or a related field is preferred.
