Labmentix is a fast-growing edtech company dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employability. We are looking for a high-energy and motivated Business Development Associate (Specialist) to drive client acquisition and generate revenue through strategic partnerships and outreach.

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients or partners
• Promote Labmentix’s services and close deals to generate revenue
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Create tailored pitches and proposals to meet client needs
• Track sales performance and report on revenue generation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-based role. You will be required to conduct webinars and will receive 10% revenue share on each successful transaction generated through your webinar efforts.

The more you bring in, the more you earn — no earning cap.
