Job description

Experience : 3 to 12 months (relevant experience)

Responsibilities :

As a Business Development Associate, you will be integral to our B2B sales efforts, working diligently to contribute to the success of our business. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Identify and generate leads through various sources, including , Crunchbase, and other relevant platforms.
  • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and detailed reports tailored to the requirements of potential customers.
  • Assist in the creation of sales proposals and other sales-related documents.
  • Actively pitch and promote our company’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Represent our company at various events, meetings, and in different business environments, effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Analyze data to provide insights that can inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Proactively seek feedback and be open to learning and improving sales techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and continuously strive to enhance your knowledge and skills in sales.

Requirements :

  • Experience with generating leads from different sources such as and Crunchbase.
  • Experience with preparing presentations and reports as per the requirements to close customer deals.
  • Experience pitching and promoting the company and representing it in different diasporas.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales or a related domain.
  • Familiarity with B2B business operations and strategies.
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
  • Salary : ₹10,000- ₹12,000 per month with Bonus upto 20% as per the closing (as per the discussion during the interview)
