About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT services or technology consulting domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets (USA, UK, Middle East, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategies to reach out to prospective clients via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and networking platforms
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand client needs and industry trends
- Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders to build long-term partnerships
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including contract negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and provide regular updates and forecasts
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings when required
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery and marketing teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field35 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting industryStrong understanding of IT services, mobile / web development, cloud, or digital transformation offeringsExperience with B2B lead generation, sales, and proposal buildingFamiliarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (e., HubSpot, Zoho), and email automationExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with C-level executivesSelf-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a teamPreferred Skills
