Key Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership : Responsible for the profitability and maximization of Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) within the region.
• Business Planning : Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets.

• Team Leadership : Inspire, mentor, and manage a large and diverse team; identify training needs and drive team performance.
