The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Sales and Business Development :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and generate leads.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events, social media, and partnerships with industry professionals.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored wedding packages and services.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the planning process.
- Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership :
- Provide guidance and support to the sales and event planning teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Share industry knowledge and sales techniques to enhance the team's performance and professional growth.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members as needed.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the wedding / event industry.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.Flexibility to work timings, and holidays as required.What's on Offer?
