Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in business development or healthcare marketing are welcome to apply.
Internships in healthcare, medical equipment, or hospital sales will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the medical furniture sector.
Assist in lead generation, cold calling, customer visits, and client engagement activities.
Learn and understand product features, pricing, and customer needs to effectively pitch solutions.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups through CRM tools or assigned systems.
Travel with senior sales personnel for on-site meetings, demonstrations, and installations.
Work at the ground level, interacting with clients and hospital decision-makers.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and after-sales support.
Prepare and present basic sales reports and customer feedback summaries.
