We are looking for candidates from a Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences background; candidates with strong comprehension skills and ability to explain medical concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications :
B. Pharm, D. Pharm, B. Sc in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or related fields; BMS, Engineering graduates with strong analytical and communication skills can also apply.
Candidates with prior experience in customer service within the healthcare, pharma, or life sciences sector are preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Post purchase call : Call patients who purchased the prescribed kit .
Treatment Roadmap Explanation : Reinforce the treatment plan for the next two months, ensuring patient adherence.
Condition Explanation : Explain the patient’s medical condition as noted by the doctor in the CRM.
Outcome Expectation : Clearly communicate the expected treatment outcomes.
Adverse Effect Guidance : Explain common side effects and instruct patients on what to do in case of adverse effects.
Patient Query Resolution : Address patient concerns with empathy and clarity.
Record Maintenance : Update CRM records with patient interactions and feedback.
