Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive professional to join our team in the Mumbai / Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the banking and financial services sector, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Banking and NBFC.
• Sales Process Management : Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
• Tailored Solutions : Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and propose customized solutions for trade finance, supply chain financing, and digital lending.
• Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth, always.
• Market Trends : Stay informed about market trends, especially in digital lending, trade and supply chain financing, and emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, and Automation. Advise clients on the value of our solutions.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure seamless solution delivery and post-sales support.
