Polite and customer service oriented Handling customer complaints and escalating them appropriately Data entry skills for recording customer information into the Centralised system Adept at producing call reports Salary Between 1.20 Lac to 2.30 Lac (Depends on experience & interview) Product Personal Loan / Business Loan (Secured & Unsecured)
