Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, especially in pay-in / payout services and connected banking. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive new business opportunities, forge valuable partnerships, and support the expansion of our digital financial services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and onboard clients and strategic partners for our digital payment and fintech solutions.
- Promote our offerings including pay-in / payout services, connected banking, and UPI-based platforms.
- Conduct detailed market research to align our offerings with customer needs and evolving market trends.
- Implement and manage strategic plans to drive revenue and market penetration.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships for long-term success.
- Work closely with tech and product teams to provide client-specific fintech solutions.
- Ensure consistent client engagement and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements :
Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development or sales within fintech, digital payments, or banking technology.Strong domain knowledge of pay-in / payout systems, UPI infrastructure, and connected banking.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.Candidates must be located in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, or Kolkata.Perks & Benefits :
