We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our growth team in Various Locations
This role demands a proactive sales professional with a strong track record in B2B or B2C sales, excellent client relationship management skills, and a passion for closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles - from lead generation to deal closure.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Deliver tailored sales pitches and product demos to decision-makers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align on go-to-market strategies.
Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM hygiene.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions in Chennai and surrounding 1+ years of proven experience in business development or direct sales roles.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle, especially in high-value B2B segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a hunter mentality.
