  • We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our growth team in Various Locations
  • This role demands a proactive sales professional with a strong track record in B2B or B2C sales, excellent client relationship management skills, and a passion for closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles - from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Deliver tailored sales pitches and product demos to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions in Chennai and surrounding 1+ years of proven experience in business development or direct sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, especially in high-value B2B segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a hunter mentality.
