Sales Manager - Automotive Industry

Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end B2C / B2B sales for automobiles (passenger or commercial vehicles) in the assigned territory.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers, corporate clients, and fleet operators.
- Coordinate with the dealerships marketing and service teams to deliver superior customer experience.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and market demand trends to shape local strategy.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and finance tie-ups for smooth vehicle delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile :
3-5 years of experience in automobile sales (cars, bikes, CVs, or auto ancillaries).Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing customer expectations.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Local market knowledge (Vijayawada / Guntur) and fluency in Telugu preferred.ref : iimjobs.com)
