Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager in the battery industry to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position, requiring 4-6 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will focus on managing sales strategies and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth in the sector.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer relationship management (Mandatory skill) : Proven capability to build, maintain, and enhance customer relationships effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales forecasting (Mandatory skill) : Demonstrated expertise in predicting future sales potential, crafting strategies to meet sales targets adeptly.
  • Lithium-ion battery knowledge : Deep understanding of lithium-ion battery technologies and applications within the industry.
  • Market analysis and research : Ability to perform detailed market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the battery sector.
  • Negotiation skills : Strong negotiating skills to close deals under favorable terms and maintain profitable sales agreements.
  • Supply chain logistics : Knowledge of managing supply chain logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Energy storage solutions : Familiarity with energy storage solutions and their implementation in various applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets within the battery industry.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while securing new customers to expand the company's market presence.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Create detailed sales forecasts and reports for senior management to inform decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products.
