About the Role : Service Delivery Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our IT service delivery operations. This is a client-facing leadership role ideal for someone with extensive MSP experience, a customer-first mindset, and a strategic approach to IT operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end IT service delivery across multiple client accounts with a focus on quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Ensure SLA and KPI adherence, maintaining high standards of operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the single point of contact for client escalations, service updates, and regular review meetings.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (NOC, SOC, Cloud Engineering, Helpdesk) to deliver seamless, integrated services.
- Implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Monitor service trends, analyze root causes, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to internal stakeholders and client leadership.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
What We're Looking For :
7+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery, ideally within an MSP or similar environment.Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and high-performing technical teams.Strong leadership and client relationship management skills.Ability to drive process improvements and adopt new technologies proactively.Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.Working knowledge of IT infrastructure components, cloud platforms, and security frameworks.ITIL Certification (v3 or v4) is highly desirable.A results-driven mindset with a commitment to service excellence and customer success.Why Join U&D Square ?
