Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Execution :
Own and lead the end-to-end sales strategy, planning, and execution to drive revenue growth.
Team Management :
Manage, mentor, and scale the inside sales team while optimizing processes for client renewals and retention.
Proposal Management :
Oversee and coordinate RFP / RFQ / RFI responses in collaboration with the bidding team to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.
Business Development :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
Reporting & Analytics :
Track sales KPIs, maintain accurate forecasting of the sales pipeline, and provide regular reports and insights to senior years of progressive experience in sales roles within IT startups, preferably with experience in OEMs.
Proven expertise in B2B enterprise sales with a deep understanding of technical solutions.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
A technical educational background, preferably a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
