Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement loyalty programs using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, including Tiers, Points Accrual, and Redemptions.
- Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using LWC, Aura Components, and custom Apex logic.
- Develop Loyalty Member Management, Promotions, and Reward Configuration workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital strategy teams to personalize customer engagement journeys.
- Write reusable Apex classes, batch jobs, and triggers with focus on loyalty lifecycle logic.
- Integrate Salesforce with customer data platforms (CDPs) or external analytics engines to enrich loyalty segmentation.
Required Skills & Experience :
3+ years Salesforce experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of Loyalty Cloud.Expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Object Model for Loyalty.Practical knowledge of Salesforce Loyalty components : Member profiles, Tiers, Accruals, Redemptions, and Promotions.Hands-on experience integrating with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio) preferred.Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI / CD, and Git for structured deployments.Required Certifications :
Salesforce Platform Developer ISalesforce Loyalty Management Accredited Professional (Mandatory)Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud Consultant (Preferred)Preferred Attributes :
Proven experience delivering loyalty solutions for retail, travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors.Strong understanding of performance monitoring and error-handling for loyalty program flows.
