Salesforce Service Cloud Developer - Apex / LWC

Job Title : Salesforce Service Cloud : Bangalore, Hyderabad, : 4-7 Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Work extensively on the development and enhancement of Service Cloud instances for large enterprise and multiple geography deployments.
• Leverage expertise as a Salesforce Developer in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to build integrated and efficient solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Implement and configure Service Cloud features such as Service Console, Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Knowledge, Case Management, and Entitlements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using various integration patterns (REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, etc.).
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues within the Salesforce environment, providing timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and system performance.
• Manage deployments using change sets, Salesforce DX, or other deployment tools.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Experience working on development for Commerce Cloud B2B / B2C instances will be a key responsibility, ensuring seamless integration where required.
