We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our dynamic IT team at BLR-Anchor-ITPL-SEZ. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service operations and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Custom Development : Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to meet business requirements.
- Service Cloud Configuration : Configure and customize Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Service Console, and Omni-Channel Routing.
- Integration : Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to ensure seamless data flow.
- Automation : Develop and maintain automation processes using Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to enhance service operations.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience : 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 3 years focused on Service Cloud projects.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.Certifications : Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Service Cloud Consultant, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.Integration Expertise : Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools.Automation Tools : Hands-on experience with Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Certifications : Salesforce Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant.Experience : Experience with Salesforce Field Service implementation.Tools : Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset for version control and CI / CD pipelines.Methodologies : Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
