Role Overview
Ready to bring your A-game to sales? As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you’ll be connecting with 60–70 leads daily (don’t worry, they’ve already been researched and are waiting for you!). Your mission? Book 20–25 meetings a month and hand the ball over to our Account Executives for the grand product demo. Think of it as matchmaking, but for businesses!
Key Responsibilities
Dial, Qualify, Repeat : Reach out to 60–70 hot leads each day. It's all about that perfect intro!
Meetings, Meetings, Meetings : Book 20–25 meetings a month with decision-makers who can’t wait to hear about us.
Teamwork FTW : Collaborate with our Account Execs to deliver the ultimate product demo and solution.
Crush Targets : Your hustle + our support = sales magic.
Qualifications
1–4 years in B2B Inside Sales or Business Development (bonus points if you’re a sales ninja!)
Killer communication & relationship skills (you can talk to anyone, anywhere).
Familiar with CRM tools, MS PowerPoint, and Excel (basically, you're a digital wizard).
