Answer inbound calls within the guidelines / goals established by the client and management. Consistently archives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.

Foundever is hiring for International Technical Support Voice Process.

Job Details :

Age : 18 years to 35 years

Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or 2 equivalent).

Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)

Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.

Communication skills : Exceptional Spoken skills in English

Shifts : Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)

Salary : As per Market Standards
