Job Opportunity : Customer Service Voice
Location : Airoli, Mumbai Shift : Night Shift
Process : Customer Service (Voice US Healthcare Domain)
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing support for US healthcare clients.
- Ensure prompt and accurate service delivery aligned with defined productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Aim for first-call resolution by building strong client and domain understanding.
- Meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including Client Satisfaction, Average Handle Time, Service Levels, and Customer Effort.
- Adhere to internal attendance, accountability, and performance policies.
- Document and follow up on customer queries to ensure complete resolution.
- Maintain high standards of delivery quality and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria :
