Job Opportunity : Customer Service Voice

Location : Airoli, Mumbai Shift : Night Shift

Process : Customer Service (Voice US Healthcare Domain)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing support for US healthcare clients.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate service delivery aligned with defined productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Aim for first-call resolution by building strong client and domain understanding.
  • Meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including Client Satisfaction, Average Handle Time, Service Levels, and Customer Effort.
  • Adhere to internal attendance, accountability, and performance policies.
  • Document and follow up on customer queries to ensure complete resolution.
  • Maintain high standards of delivery quality and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with BPO experience and complete documentation will be given preference.
  • Not eligible : Candidates with degrees in B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, Hotel Management, or any other specialized / technical streams.
  • Mandatory : PAN card is required for the hiring process.
