The Role :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Perth. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services to our mining clients, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 environments. You will work closely with technical teams, clients, and senior management to manage service delivery processes, improve client satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve service issues and implement new solutions.
• Monitor and report on service performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing their concerns.
• Assist in the development and implementation of service improvement plans.
• Support the senior management team in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
• Ensure that all service delivery processes are documented and maintained.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.
