Triage Engineer
Description :
We are looking for a skilled Triage Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in evaluating and prioritizing technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and prioritize incoming technical issues from customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document and track all triage activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Provide feedback on product issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7-10 years of experience in technical support, software development, or systems engineering.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).Experience with database management systems and SQL.Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities.ref : hirist.tech)
