Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager / BD Executive with a strong background in digital media ad sales , especially in programmatic media buying . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through ad sales to agencies and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive business growth through sales of digital advertising solutions, with a focus on programmatic media buying .
• Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of leads from agencies and direct advertisers.
• Identify client needs and tailor programmatic advertising solutions accordingly.
• Work closely with internal strategy, trading, and campaign teams to deliver proposals and close deals.
• Develop deep relationships with media agencies, trading desks, and marketing heads.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in the AdTech ecosystem.
• Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
