About the Role :
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, trends, analytics, and building engagement across social channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels).
- Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns based on key events, launches, and promotions.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and PR teams for consistent branding.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Track analytics, measure performance (reach, engagement, conversions), and generate reports.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active online community.
- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns when required.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.1 to 4 years of experience in managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creativity with a keen eye for design and trends.Understanding of basic social media advertising and performance metrics.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer :
