Responsibilities :
- Meta Strategy Execution : Own and manage performance-focused campaigns on Instagram and Facebook—both organic and paid—to drive installs, engagement, and retention.
- Performance Marketing : Collaborate with the user acquisition team to launch and optimise paid social campaigns. Analyse CAC, ROAS, CTR, and retention metrics. Ensure campaign hygiene and compliance with Meta ad policies.
- Multi-Platform Support : While Meta is the core channel, contribute to brand and campaign visibility across , Twitter / X, YouTube, and others.
- Content & Creative : Plan content calendars and work with the design team to produce creatives, copy, and reels / stories tailored for social success.
- Analytics & Optimisation : Leverage tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Play Console to evaluate campaign success and improve ROI.
- Community Engagement : Actively manage user interactions—responding to comments, DMs, and feedback to build a strong online presence.
- Market Research & Trends : Keep a pulse on the latest in social media algorithms, ad trends, and competitor strategies to maintain an edge.
Required Skills :
3+ years of social media marketing experience with significant exposure to performance marketing on Meta (Facebook + Instagram).Experience running and optimising paid ad campaigns, preferably for mobile apps.Familiarity with iOS app marketing strategies, attribution challenges, and creative formats. (Preferred)Strong understanding of digital analytics tools : Meta Insights, Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.Creative thinking with the ability to generate campaign concepts and test new formats.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
